Woburn Sands Site Diary - Entry Two
One month in, and things are moving along very nicely at Woburn Sands!
The foundations are complete, the drainage is in and the services have been put in place. It might not look like the most glamorous stage of the build, but there’s a lot going on beneath the surface and it all needs to be spot on before the house can start heading upwards.
We've been lucky as it’s been a pretty smooth journey so far. The weather has been on our side, there haven’t been any hold-ups and everything is progressing to plan. Long may it continue!
We’re working closely with Jamie and the brilliant team at Davison Group, who are doing a fantastic job of bringing everything together on site. Jamie is super efficient, incredibly easy to work with and always keeps things moving.
Next up is the block-and-beam floor. Once that’s installed, we’ll be ready for the really exciting bit....... watching the walls begin to rise and the house take shape.
A huge thank you also goes to our lovely clients for allowing us to follow and share the process. It’s a real privilege to document their new home as it comes to life, mud, machinery, milestones and all!
Next stop: a floor, followed by some walls. Watch this space… 👀
