Once your details are registered, we will send over available plots that fulfill your criteria or you can scan through our current sites on our website - shown on our developments map.

Once you have selected a plot, this can be reserved with a nominal deposit. 

In the same way you would buy a house, an exchange and completion occurs and you become the owner of a plot on a Millen Homes development. 

Millen will put you in touch with our recommended architects and builders or you can complete the process on your own. We are always here to help, and we will follow your journey closely.
